FlairPair (Milos Matovic & Daichi Hoang)
We are a dynamic duo young in age (28 & 26… still young right?) but veterans in the industry. We provide a complete solution to the online needs of every business. Where others fail to provide expert coverage of the website life cycle, we excel with solid foundations, innovative ideas, and a touch of flair (we had to put that in somewhere
).
In days gone by, a website by itself was enough for businesses to claim an “online presence”. These days it’s about more than that. It’s about traffic, rankings, ROI%, sales and more - something we love and work with every day.
We’ve both evolved with the Internet. We both have a background in design and development and have added SEO/SEM/Online Marketing into our skill set. Milos continued to progress with design and development whilst Daichi has branched off and concentrated more on SEO/SEM/Online Marketing.
We design, develop, optimize and market websites of all shapes and sizes.
Here’s what we have to say about ourselves
Milos Matovic
My first venture into web design was back in 1998. Although I was interested in print design, I was so curious to find out how to design web pages. After couple of sleepless nights and a lot of reading (with 14.400 BPS modem
) I made my first step in designing (wouldn’t call it like that but can’t find any synonym right now) and building my first web page.
Pure
<tr><td>...</td></tr>HTML with hard coded styles. After years of practice I needed (and wanted) to expand my service portfolio to development and around 2001 I was introduced to PHP and along with that Linux box in general. These days I’m founder and partner of DM2 Interactive, web development company specialized in developing rich internet applications not compromising accessibility or user friendliness.
I will use this blog to dump my brain from time to time and will rumble about web design and development in general. In addition to that I may even make a step forward and write about company management, online business, recruiting and stuff like that based on my experience of course.
Anyway it should be fun so stay tuned

I’m the SEO/SEM/Online Marketing guy. Back in 2000 I was really short on money, so I decided to see how I could make money online. I found a virtual horse racing game that had an affiliate program so I signed up, created a website and before you know it I was making a good amount of money. A few years down the track another similar game launched at another website and I switched to advertising the new guys. I made them over $150,000USD in a few years and received a nice cut. I’m not sure where that money went but hey that’s not the point

I’m self taught in SEO/SEM/Online Marketing. There wasn’t much material or even talk of this stuff back then, but I knew that it would be big in the future so I invested my own time into understand how it all worked. My attitude towards SEO is that it’s hyped up too much. People arguing about keyword density and how many <b></b> tags is optimal….. I mean seriously, come on, let’s get to the real stuff. Let’s talk about automated content. Let’s talk about harnessing the power of social networking sites. Let’s talk about opt-in lists. Let’s talk about viral marketing. Let’s talk about making an outrageous video and putting it up on YouTube…..
We often come up with ideas that are innovative because we know that in the online space, being a leader is what gets you places. Doing what everyone else is doing will only get you on par with them. You don’t want to be on par, you want to be ahead and to get ahead you have to be different.
Try us. You won’t be disappointed.
